For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it is understood that the activity that Color Glass Import S.L.U. carries out through the Website includes:
The commercialization and distribution of glass and all products and machinery related to the glass, as well as materials related and/or complementary to the glass.
In addition to reading these Terms and Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, including the Terms of Use, the Cookies Policy, and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy of Color Glass Import S.L.U.
By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product through it, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all of the aforementioned. If you do not agree with all of this, you should not use this Website.
Additionally, it is informed that these Terms and Conditions could be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, as those in effect at the time the acquisition of products is requested will apply.

2. The user
Access, browsing, and use of the Website confer the status of User (hereinafter referred to, interchangeably, individually as "User" or collectively as "Users"), which implies acceptance, from the moment the User starts browsing the Website, of all the Terms and Conditions established here, as well as their subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as appropriate.
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:
- Using this Website only to make legally valid inquiries and purchases or acquisitions.
- Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this kind has been made, it could be annulled, and the relevant authorities would be informed.
- Providing truthful and lawful contact details, for example, email address, postal address, and/or other data (see Legal Notice).
The User declares to be over 18 years old and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website.
The User may formalize, at their choice, with Color Glass Import S.L.U. the contract of sale for the desired products in any of the languages in which these Terms and Conditions are available on this Website.
3. Purchase or acquisition process
Properly registered Users can purchase on the Website through the means and forms established. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition procedure of colorglass-shop.com, during which several products can be selected and added to the cart, basket, or final purchase space, and finally click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
Also, the User must fill in and/or check the information requested at each step, although during the purchase process, before making the payment, the purchase details can be modified.
Next, the User will receive an email confirming that Color Glass Import S.L.U. has received their order or purchase request, that is, the order confirmation. Where applicable, they will also be informed via email when their purchase is being shipped. Where applicable, this information could also be made available to the User through their personal connection space on the Website.
Once the purchase procedure has concluded, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the User via email and, where applicable, through their personal connection space on the Website. Also, the User can, if they wish, obtain a copy of their invoice in paper form by requesting it from Color Glass Import S.L.U. using the contact form on the Website or through the contact details provided above.

4. Availability
All purchase orders received by Color Glass Import S.L.U. through the Website are subject to the availability of the products and/or that no circumstance or cause of force majeure (clause nine of these Terms and Conditions) affects the supply of the same. If difficulties arise regarding the supply of products or no products are in stock, Color Glass Import S.L.U. undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid.
5. Price and payment
The prices displayed on the Website are final prices, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless by legal requirement, especially regarding VAT, a different issue is indicated and applied.
However, and unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the items offered exclude shipping costs, which may be incurred, and which will be added to the total amount due. Given the diversity of products offered for sale in terms of size, weight, and nature, shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically at the time of the order. They must be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the volume, weight, and destination of the package. Color Glass Import S.L.U. will send the User a shipping cost estimate within 24 hours.
In no case will the Website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected and chosen.
Prices may change at any time, but any possible changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods will be: Credit or debit card and Bank transfer.
Color Glass Import S.L.U. uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the payment, Color Glass Import S.L.U. will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and cannot formalize any contract with the User.
6. Return policy
Right of withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need to justify the reason and without penalty, except in cases expressly excluded by law.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the last of the goods requested.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Color Glass Import S.L.U., using the contact details provided in point 1 of these Terms and Conditions, of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email).
The User may use the withdrawal form template included in Annex I, although its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by the User, Color Glass Import S.L.U. will refund all payments received from the User, except, where applicable, delivery charges (including for additional costs resulting from the User's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by Color Glass Import S.L.U.), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Color Glass Import S.L.U. is informed of the User's decision to withdraw.
Color Glass Import S.L.U. will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly provided otherwise and as long as it does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Color Glass Import S.L.U. may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the User has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
The User must return or deliver the goods to Color Glass Import S.L.U. without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their withdrawal from the contract to Color Glass Import S.L.U. The deadline will be met if the User returns the goods before the 14 calendar days period has expired.
The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The User will only be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to the User's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
7. Legal warranty
Color Glass Import S.L.U. guarantees the User that the products will be free from material and manufacturing defects and will conform to the descriptions on the Website, complying with the applicable regulations.
In case of defect or lack of conformity, the User will have the right to the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable consumer and user protection regulations.
To exercise these rights, the User must report the defect to Color Glass Import S.L.U. through the contact means provided in point 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Liability
Color Glass Import S.L.U. will not be liable for damages that may arise from:
- The unavailability of the Website due to force majeure or maintenance reasons.
- The lack of updating of the Website's information.
- The inaccuracy or error of the information contained on the Website.
- The misuse that the User may make of the Website.
Color Glass Import S.L.U. undertakes to resolve any incident or claim as soon as possible.
9. Force majeure
Color Glass Import S.L.U. will not be liable for failure to comply with its obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure cause, as defined in the applicable regulations.
10. Dispute resolution
For any controversy that may arise between Color Glass Import S.L.U. and the User, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law provides otherwise.
Color Glass Import S.L.U. provides the User with information about alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures and online dispute resolution (ODR) in case of conflict.
11. Applicable law
The relationship between Color Glass Import S.L.U. and the User will be governed by the applicable Spanish regulations.
